Get a Taste of Touchmaster

Demo version heading to stores. Bring your DS.

Starting this month, anyone bringing along their Nintendo DS to participating videogame retailers such as GameStop Target, Game Crazy, Fry's, Best Buy, Toys R Us, Wal-Mart, and Circuit City will be able to download a demo version of Midway's Touchmaster for the dual-screen handheld.

Touchmaster is a collection of the same mini-games that were released in bars in the touch-controlled Touchmaster coin operated game machines. Midway has revealed that this month, players will be able to download to their Nintendo DS system a version of Crystal Balls, a drag-and-drop puzzle game where players must match balls of the same color or number to remove them from play.

To download the demo, players need only go to the videogame section of the retailer and turn their system on, activating the Download Play option of the Nintendo DS. There, they'll be able to pull the menu system and select any one of the demos made available wirelessly.
