Namco Considers Soulcalibur 3 Arcade Release

Soulcalibur 3 is being developed first and foremost for the home -- a big change of pace for the Namco series, which has its roots in the arcades. So is an arcade release for this latest entry completely out of the question?

In an interview at Japanese website Game Site EG, Soulcalibur 3 producer Hiroaki Yotoriyama reveals that the possibility for an arcade release does indeed exist. When asked if there's a possibility for the game to make the reverse trip into the arcades, Yotoriyama says, "If the users ask for it, it's definitely a possibility."
