Movie of the Dead

Sometimes it's best to let pictures tell the story. And that's what we're going to do. Schedule for theatrical release in the summer of 2003, House of the Dead is a live-action (or undead action?) movie based on Sega's popular arcade shooter. Taking place on the Isle del Muerte ("Muerte, that's death in Spanish, in case you don't speak Mexican"), several young, horny adults stumble onto a land full of zombies. With Clint Howard taking a role in the movie, you know it's got B written all over it. And it seems (or at least we hope) that the movie is being purposely made and marketed as a big budget spoof. Heck, the movie uses game footage from House of the Dead in some scenes. Just watch this making of featurette and you'll see for yourself.

House of the Dead comes to theatres nationwide in 2003, but you can have a good chunk of footage right now by watching the featurette.
