Sonic the Hedgehog (1991)
The original, and, according to some, still the best. Sonic the Hedgehog made his debut on the Sega Genesis in 1991. Too often games that push graphical and audio boundaries don't stand up to the test of time, but Sonic retains the sense of speed, tight presentation and addictiveness it did in 1991. In short, it's still a mighty good time.
