Do you find that Wii attracts non-gamers to your hobby when people are over?

I'm on the road most of the time so when I'm home I'm usually a pretty private person. I don't often have people over to the house. But any time I do I tell people they have to check out the Wii. I always have a good time playing with friends...either bowling or tennis.

I heard you were able to get some hands-on time with THQ's WWE Smackdown vs. RAW 2008 in London recently. What did you think of it?

The new Wii WWE game is so much better with the controls and the way they're set up. One of the things that's become frustrating over the years with wrestling games are the controls. I remember the first PlayStation wrestling game was WWF War Zone and it had Stone Cold on the cover. I played that game religiously and mastered all of the moves and everything. Over the years, the games have become so complex where you have to push this button with this button at the same time and he'll do a suplex. I just sit there and mash buttons, which is really frustrating because you never get anywhere doing that. I think it's going to make gaming a lot easier.

Did you get to see yourself in that game?

They definitely had some scenes of me doing my signature stuff in that game. It looks great.

I go from West Coast time to East Coast time to London time and then back to East Coast and now Central time. My biological clock is all screwed up. The Darkness is a fantastic game. It's one of the best games to come out in a long time. It's really hard to get the play control down, but once you do, I think the best thing about the game is the story. Voice acting in games has always been cheesy and corny. They always had really bad voice actors. But in this game everything from the gameplay to the voice acting is really good.

You know that game's based on a comic and they're making it into a movie.

I have the cheat guide for the Darkness. If I get stuck for more than 30 minutes I'll flip open a page and I'll read a line and then continue on. In the guidebook, it talks about the comic books. I'm not a big comic reader but in the last year I've read a few graphic novels that are pretty good. I'm going to get to a book store and pick up The Darkness comic. I'll definitely go see a movie on it as long as it's not all CGI. I hate CGI in movies.
